step 1 (2x weekly)
Ensure your lips are clean and slightly damp (you can wet them slightly with water). Scoop a small, pea-sized amount of lip scrub onto your fingertip. Rub the scrub over your lips in slow, circular motions for about 30 to 60 seconds. Use light pressure; the granules do the work. Once you feel the flakiness is gone, either rinse the scrub off with water or gently wipe it away using a soft, damp cloth. Lightly pat your lips dry with a towel. DO NOT EAT! - Over-exfoliating can cause irritation
step 2 (daily)
Swipe or dab a generous layer of your lip balm onto your freshly scrubbed lips. Gently massage the balm with your fingertip to ensure deep penetration. Reapply the lip balm throughout the day as needed, especially after eating, drinking, or before exposure to wind or cold.
TIP: The best time to scrub is right before bed, so the balm can work its magic overnight.
